Privacy Policy

PostLab is a free toolkit operated by Rethoric. This page explains what we collect when you use PostLab and what your rights are.

What we collect

When you create a PostLab account, we collect your email, name, LinkedIn URL, company name, role, company stage, B2B SaaS status, and accelerator affiliation if any. This information is used to qualify you for our consulting services at Rethoric and to give you a usable account.

When you run a tool, we store the input you provided, the public LinkedIn data we fetched, and the output of the analysis. This lets you revisit, share, and export your results.

We use a privacy-respecting analytics provider (PostHog) to understand how PostLab is used. We respect the Do Not Track browser signal.

How we use your data

  • To deliver the tools you request.
  • To send qualified leads to our agency Rethoric for outreach.
  • To improve the tools through aggregate, anonymized analysis.

Your rights

You can export all of your data as JSON at any time from your dashboard settings. You can also delete your account and all associated data with one click. Deletions are immediate and cascade to every tool run you have ever created.

Third parties

PostLab uses the following service providers: Supabase (database + auth), Anthropic (AI diagnosis), Apify (LinkedIn scraping), PostHog (analytics), and Vercel (hosting). We do not sell your data to anyone.

LinkedIn data

PostLab analyzes publicly available LinkedIn data only. We do not log into LinkedIn on your behalf, we do not store LinkedIn credentials, and we do not use the LinkedIn API. If your profile or posts are private, we cannot analyze them.
